Abnormal jitter of hydraulic hammer failure cases
Xiaobian is often asked to visit the construction site, often heard the driver complain, when working, the cab is about to shake off, of course, this is exaggerated, but when hydraulic hammer is working, the hammer rebound, tubing tremor and other fault phenomena are common, let's analyze the problem.
(1) The error of drill rod data leads to the rebound of strike
Leaders please take a closer look at the picture above. The first red box annotates "hitting point". If the tail of the drill rod is too long, the theoretical stroke will be shortened. When the piston inertia is downward, the drill rod will work abnormally upward after being hit, resulting in the so-called rebound of the drill rod. The downward function of the piston has not been released, but it becomes. Reaction force, when the operator feels abnormal vibration, the energy of the hammer itself will cause damage to the main engine and other malfunctions.
(2) The unreasonable matching of the reversing valve leads to the rebound of the strike
I don't know if any of the service engineers who are fighting in the front line have ever met the problem. When the hammer is broken, the drill rod rebounds and all the parts and components are inspected without any abnormalities. When we replace the commutation valve assembly, we find that the fault has been removed. The replaced commutation valve assembly, as a maintenance part, is installed in another one. Isn't it strange that a broken hammer can work properly?
If the control valve does not match the oil passage of the cylinder block, it will lead to frequent breakage of the cover plate screw of the reversing valve, or other failures, and the drill rod will rebound. When everything matches reasonably, the failures will be eliminated, so it will be. It's no surprise that the reversing valve itself is not malfunctioning, but it just matches one cylinder block and another cylinder. Making friends with us, some people, from left to right, each of them is a good brother, careless each can count as familiar; while some people stand firm, strong principles, for a change of person, may not be able to get along naturally.
